What is Thermoforming? |

The demands for vacuum and thermoforming is very high and is offered in house to followed by vacuuming. It needs to be done carefully in order to make the result stand out. With high quality moulding, the product's image are portrayed well with labels and lighting. In thermoforming, plastic articles are shaped from softened sheet. The process involves heating the plastic sheet to a temperature range where is it soft. The sheet is then stretched against a cool mould surface. |

When the sheet has cooled to point where is retains the shape of the mould, it is removed from the mould and the excess plastic is trimmed from the formed parts.Thermoforming is a generic term for a group of processes that includes: |
