TPE (Thermoplastic Elastomers) resin

It is a unique polymer that possesses elastomeric properties similar to vulcanized rubber and yet can be processed by injection, extrusion, calendering or blow molding using conventional thermoplastic equipment. The material also possesses good rubber aesthetics and good mechanical properties resembling those made of vulcanized rubber.

K-Resin (Styrene - Butadiene Copolymers)

It is easily blended with other polymers while maintaining good physical properties. It can be processed with no drying, special fabrication, or auxiliary equipment. It also has a low density; resulting in a 20-30% yield advantage over many non-styrenic polymers. Blends of K-Resin, GPPS and HIPS can be extruded into sheet and thermoformed on conventional equipment at high output rates.
